Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyse the “Right to Just and Favourable Conditions of Work” from women’s perspective and to reconceptualise it so as to enable the realisation of the right by women.1 Women’s experience of work and working conditions in their everyday lives and the principle of equality in the human rights framework are the points of departure for the analysis.
