This report aims to evaluate the processes and implementation mechanisms of judicial waivers across different jurisdictions.

The concern of this paper is limited to the approaches to rural women's development and an understanding of their work roles in the planning strategies.

The title of my lectures is 'Some Reflections on Dowry', and it would be insulting the sophistication of this audience to elaborate on its importance or topicality. Dowry has become literally a burning problem, and the
